On July 20, 2011, Assoc. Prof. Nawarat Wara-aswapati Charoen, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered welcoming remarks to the workshop on “The 4^th Clinical Dental Research Methodology” to be held on July 20-21, 2011 at the Faculty of Dentistry. It’s our honored to welcome Prof. Ananda Dasanayake, Director of Graduate Program from New York University, USA to be a distinguished speaker to give a lecture for our faculty and Postgraduate Students.

The organizing committee opened a change for not only dentists from Khon Kaen University but also all dentists in ASEAN to participate in the workshop. This occasion, Faculty of Dentistry also welcomed 2 delegates from the University of Health Sciences, Lao PDR; Dr.chanthavisao Phuthanalay and  Dr.Vorasack  Phousiri to join this workshop . It was a great opportunity for participants to share Knowledge and experiences especially during the group discussion.

Moreover, Assistant Professor Waranuch Pitiphat, Associate Dean for Research, Graduate Studies and International Affair and Professor Ananda Dasanayake discussed on research and academic collaboration between the two institutes.
