On November 16^th – 18^th, 2011, Khon Kaen University (KKU) joined The 7^th QS-Asia Pacific Professional Leaders in Education Conference and Exhibition and The 6^th QS University Rankings and Evaluation Workshop at University of Santo Tomas, Manila, the Philippines led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supat Sinawat – Assistant to the President for International Relations and Cooperation Strategy together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sompong Thammasirirak - Assistant to the President for Research Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Taweesak Thitimetharoch – Director of Quality Assurance Office, and administrators from the Faculty of Medicine, and KKU Officers.

At the conference, KKU participated in the education exhibition to promote and introduce itself and to obtain wider connection that will lead to worldwide academic collaboration. Our exhibition was interesting to many administrators from leading universities in Asia and Europe. Furthermore, KKU administrators attend the workshop conference of the development strategies for driving the university towards being a world leading university.
