Cooperation signing ceremony for strengthening the local communities

The College of Local Administration (COLA) at KKU signed a cooperation agreement on May 17, 2012 with 4 other agencies; the Faculty of Agriculture as led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anant Polthani, the Technology Faculty with Asst.  Prof. Dr. Kasem Nanthachai, the College of Local Administration led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suphawattanakorn Wongthanawasu, and the Federation of Cooperation for Social Development led by Panya Kongpla.

This agreement will create, maintain and expand networking for the COLA and will allow them to cope with the changes brought by open borders in the upcoming ASEAN Economic Community in 2015 as well as deal with global changes such as climate change, energy and food crises, organic agriculture, the arts and culture and more.

The signing ceremony was presided over by Khon Kaen University President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kittichai Triratanasirichai.
